Carers wellbeing support sessions (PEMBS) OCT - MAR
Carers in Pembrokeshire can now access a great new initiative being offered through the newly funded Carers Mindfulness, Relaxation and Wellbeing Project. This online project is free, available to all carers in the county and running from mid-October to the end of March 2022.

400 for 457 Fallen heroes of Afghanistan 5 NOV
Steve Owen is walking 457 of a 400m running track to commemorate the 457 service personnel lost in Afghanistan from 2001-2021. Each Lap will be named after each of the fallen hero's of Afghanistan. His chosen Charities are Woody's Lodge and Scotty's Little Soldiers due to the amazing work that they do for the armed forces community.

Plant Dewi Men's project awareness day 18 NOV
Plant Dewi will be holding a celebration/awareness day on 18th November 10.30 – 1.30pm at the Pater Hall, Pembroke Dock to showcase the achievements of project so far. Project workers, participants and volunteers will be attending to chat about the project and provide information to those who may want to get involved.
