Rapid access to free professional support to help people back to work

RCS wellbeing for work specialists offer ‘In Work Support’ across Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion providing free, confidential and rapid access to a range of one-to-one psychological or physical therapies to help manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve physical wellbeing or deal with changes at work.

“RCS is life changing. I had no idea it existed prior to the mental health nurse at my GP surgery recommending it. The staff were great, and the counselling was great. It started straight away and the six sessions helped me find my feet! Thanks RCS.” In Work Support Service Client

“RCS acted very quickly when I rang and I started counselling the following week. I was ready to go back to work within 3 weeks and had a phased return to work. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the sessions.”
