EXPLORE THE MENOPAUSE THROUGH CREATIVITY AND NATURE - The aim of this workshop is to give you the space to explore the menopause and your experience of it. With the support and companionship of other women, in a small group, you will be given the opportunity to connect with your menopausal self and to engage in nature-based activities to help you navigate the wilderness of the menopause, identify what you need to take good care of yourself during this transitional and at times rocky journey and look to the future with new perspective, strength and a renewed sense of identity.

Apple Day at St Brides Orchard (PEMBS) 18 SEP
Come and join us for a seasonal celebration of apples at St Brides Orchard! A unique opportunity to visit the heritage orchard for a family day out. Get involved by helping to pick apples or take a self-guided trail and explore different varieties of trees grown in the orchard. Chat to the National Park Rangers to learn more about apples and how they benefit the wildlife. Have a go at apple pressing! You can bring your own apples to press and bottles to take the juice home. Bring a picnic and a rug!

St Davids Peninsula Great Big Green Week (PEMBS) 18 - 26 SEP
From Saturday 18th to Sunday 26th September, communities across the country will join together for The Great Big Green Week. Organised by The Climate Coalition and led in Wales by Climate Cymru, it will be the biggest event for climate and nature ever in the UK, and everyone’s invited! In order to celebrate local action and activities, as well as encourage more people in the peninsula to be involved, EcoDewi is coordinating the St Davids Peninsula Great Big Green Week as part of the wider campaign. And we’d love you to be involved!
