Share the Load with the DPJ Foundation

If you’re part of the agricultural community and would like some support with your mental health, the DPJ Foundation can help. Named in memory of Daniel Picton-Jones and founded by his widow Emma, the charity are on hand for anyone in the farming sector who needs mental health advice or just someone to talk to. The team understand the unique challenges faced by people working in agriculture and provide confidential counselling services, information and awareness training.

The DPJ Share the Load counselling service has already helped hundreds of agricultural workers across Wales and the team are on hand 24/7 to help.

If you need to speak to someone, please call the confidential helpline for a chat with one of their Samaritans-trained counsellors on 0800 587 4262 or text 07860 048799.

You can find more information, advice and support on the DPJ Foundation website and their Facebook page.
