Loving Nature in Spring- Five-day Challenge

The five-day challenge is back! The nature connection in winter challenge was so popular that I’m running it again to help us all get into the habit of daily time in nature. I’d love you to come and join us.

I’m offering this free five-day challenge, from Saturday March 20th to Wednesday March 24th, to support and deepen your connection with nature with a few simple daily practices.

So many of us have recognised the immense benefits of nature connection during the pandemic, going out for regular walks and/or spending more time in our garden.

You may be surprised to learn that it’s perfectly possible to connect deeply with nature while indoors. I’ll encourage participants to go outside if you possibly can during the five days, but there’ll be indoor alternatives for folks who live in apartments, those who are shielding or isolating, or for whatever reason can’t easily go outside

How will it work?

Starting on March 20th, you’ll receive an email each day for five days, with a simple nature connection practice. You’ll also be invited to join the Loving Nature Community on Facebook, where you can post each day to share your reflections or insights, in words or photos, with others who are also taking part in the challenge.

Why am I offering this?

This challenge is my gift to you since I know how deeply nature soothes, supports and strengthens us. I love to share the rich rewards of a deepening nature connection, which is for life and not just for lockdown.

Here are what some participants of my five-day winter challenge last December discovered:

“A beautiful gift, such a 5 day challenge. It brings you back to yourself and your connection with nature, our home. Karen shows us beautiful exercises to do in nature. I enjoyed it very much” – Peter Massy

“There really is something for everyone in this 5 day challenge. No matter what your level of connection already is, there’s always something new to learn and discover that can be profound or filled with joy. My heart is singing again!” – Sian Cornelius

“I loved the way you crafted the words for each ‘lesson’, with a lovely poem and then full descriptions taking account of lots of different situations, I thought it was lovely and generous in spirit, thank you Karen 🙂” – Lolly

“There were practices in this mini course that I haven’t come across before, which were very profound for me. Taking part has enriched my experiences of being in nature by increasing my awareness of using my senses when I’m immersed in the natural world. Thank you for this wonderful gift of deep nature connection moments.” – Eliza

If you feel drawn to join us, like this post, comment below to let me know you’ll be participating and then email me at hello@beinginnature.net with ‘Spring Challenge’ in the subject line, by March 18th.

On Saturday 20th March be sure to check your inbox (and your spam folder if nothing turns up) for the first email. The challenge will only take half an hour or so of your time each day to do the practice and share in the community.

I hope to see you then!

With my warmest wishes,

Karen
