Angharad Sanders from Limelight School of Performing Arts has introduced well being Wednesdays as part of the weekly updates on the activities of the school and its participants.
The aim of the weekly Facebook videos and posts are to build confidence in young people and give advice and guidance on anything that aspiring performers would like to know. Angharad is a singing teacher, voice coach and musician, having worked in the West End as a Musical Director on touring productions such as Madagascar the musical. Her passion for music and singing led her to open Limelight School for Performing Arts as well as to set up Torch Voices community Choir at the Torch Theatre in Milford Haven. Her passion for supporting well being and positive living within her students as well as anyone she works with is clear. ‘It’s about supporting people and lifting them up.’
