In Feb 2019, we introduced you to Karen Penny and her story about her continuous walk circumnavigating the entire coastline of Britain and Ireland to raise £100,000 for Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK). Her journey will take her four years.

Karen is from Gower in Swansea and because she is a local lady doing good work for positive mental health, we’d like to support her by sharing her updates and raise awareness of her core mission, fundraising for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
