We were introduced to Tappily via Instagram, an unreleased (still downloadable) app that encourages self care for your mind using simple techniques.
I’ve installed and played around with the key features and like what I see so far. It’s pretty user friendly and provides opportunity to add daily activity/journals, prompts to think positively/overcome negativity and plan actions towards goals.
Here’s what Tappily have to say:
Tappily helps with positive thinking, achieving your goals by focusing on small accomplishments, and making consistent improvements in your thought patterns.
No need to keep track of a journal and pen. Tappily is here for you on the go. It’s conveniently made so you can always reflect on your past thoughts, type out what’s on your mind, or take note of something good that just happened.
Tappily uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) presented with beautiful animations to make your experience as positive and happy as possible. Be prepared to reduce anxiety and stress, create positive perspectives, and incorporate gratitude, self-love and self-care into your daily life.
