We are delighted to announce that Life Seeker CIC will be hosting a selection of Live Well events throughout 2021. This work has been made possible by an award of £1,994 from Postcode Community Trust, a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery – thanks guys!
Of course, as many of you know, when you play more, your mind, body and soul thanks you for doing so. When we’re in ‘flow’ (also known as ‘the zone’) our minds are focused purely on the task at hand, meaning it gets a little break from external thoughts and ongoing life stresses. And if we experience flow regularly, we benefit physically and mentally long term.
What kind of activities would YOU like us to host?
As Life Seeker exists for the benefit of the West Wales community, we would of course like to invite you to HAVE YOUR SAY about the kind of events we host. As we’re currently in lockdown, we’ll be planning to host activities remotely until we’re informed otherwise.
