Aptly named, Haverfoodfest brings together the best that local produce has to offer to host a celebration of food, fun and entertainment in the county town of Haverfordwest.
This is great news for the town and we are pleased to see community spirit seeping back into the area, as well as some exciting new businesses opting to use Haverfordwest as their base and center stage.
If you haven’t been to Haverfoodfest before, you’re in for a treat within the grounds of Pembrokeshire County Hall this weekend (Sat 6th May) from 10am – 6pm.
Look out for Life Seeker Provider Leona Ralph (The Pembrokeshire Herbalist) at this event who will be providing info and advice on how medicinial herbs can benefit your health. She will also be selling herbs and her hand-mixed herbal tea blends (both delicious and effective) amongst other products.
This is Leona running one of her herb discovery walks in Hilton Court Gardens last weekend at The Hilton Happy Weekend. We will keep you updated on further dates for walks during the Summer months as soon as we know 😉
Whilst you’re in town, take a short stroll into Bridge Street to visit the NEW PREMISES for The Ark Haverfordwest.
Lise Matthews has moved her successful health hub just metres from the original spot on Quay Street to a larger, more prominent location on Bridge Street.
The Ark has literally just re-opened and now offers more products than before including additional space for therapies, classes and activities. Fantastic news for those wanting to live a happier and healthier life in Pembrokeshire.
Pop in this Saturday, for goodie bags, tasters and samples all day until they run out!
Have a great time exploring the delights that west Wales has to offer and post us a few pics if you get time.
