Congratulations to Jenny Sims, Founder and Managing Director of Pembrokeshire FRAME for winning the Leadership in Social Enterprise award. 

The Leading Wales Awards 2018 focused on individuals whose leadership is contributing to the delivery of the goals of the Well-being of Future Generations Act.

Jenny shares her passion behind the good work she has championed to date.

“I became determined to find a solution to enable people to help themselves, challenging the perception that those suffering mental ill health are unemployable, which became a life time mission.”
