Pembrokeshire People First (PPF) is an independent charity, run by and for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
They provide essentials services including drop-in sessions, ‘moving on at home’ skills and encourage members to host various societies such as Gaming Club and Film Club.
Due to social distancing, it was crucial for PPF to continue the support for their members and the result is an action packed virtual itinerary of activities to keep people connected, learn new things and have fun.
The activity timetable includes informal chats, living skills, relaxation, art, exercise and stories. Scheduled sessions happen Monday to Friday and all take place online, either via Facebook or Zoom. Check out these useful links to get involved:
