Back in 2019, we shared news of a new project called West Wales Walking for Wellbeing being developed by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (PCNPA) and today we’re delighted to share an update on this walking initiative which is set to have the community of West Wales leaving their sofa for fun, fresh air and friends in West Wales.
As part of our ‘Ways to Live Well in West Wales’ series, Sal interviewed Sam Evans, Project Coordinator at PCNPA about their mission to create a happier and healthier West Wales through GP referrals and open invitations to short accessible walking routes in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
Listen to the interview below for full details on how to get involved.
