Nikki Catto has supported numerous individuals and organisations during her time as a counsellor including work for Mind, Local Senior Schools, Greenlinks Charity, Light Spirit UK, Women’s Aid, Pembrokeshire Counselling Services, Pembrokeshire County Council and MAMs (a Charity specialising in trauma work).

In response to how the events of the pandemic will impact our lives, especially those working on the front line, Nikki would like to offer a free counselling slot to someone with low income or a key worker. 

The counselling service will give this individual the opportunity to talk through their personal experiences and concerns with in a safe space over and six week period and receive the support they need to plan for positive action in the future.
