Tell us about you, your business and where you operate in West Wales?
I am Vicki, I run Mini Me Yoga Wales and although I live in Pembroke Dock, I cover the whole of Wales and beyond for work!
What products and services do you provide and how can Seekers access them?
I run yoga, positive thinking and meditation workshops for parents, educators and families in your own home, community groups, nurseries or schools or even online! You learn our programmes so that you can use them on a daily basis for yourself! No experience of yoga or meditation is necessary, just the will to have fun!
How can Seekers benefit from what you do?
1. Teaches you skills for life
2. Relaxes your body and mind
3. Helps you to support yourself and the children in your life.
What do you love about the work you do?
I am a qualified primary teacher who has a passion for supporting children and families. I think in this chaotic, technological world, we need to ensure we have time to ourselves and with others to relax, unwind and have some fun!
How did you end up in your vocation?
I started as I primary school teacher and then specialised in emotional and behavioural support of children. Whilst doing this, I wanted to find a range of tools and techniques to support children and parents to use at home, school and through life situations.
