Lisa lives in the heart of St Davids has been studying and practising Yoga for more than 18 years. She is a fully qualified yoga practitioner and therapist, having completed Sadhana Mala’s Viniyoga Teacher Training Courses, and she is an insured member of the British Wheel of Yoga.

The style Lisa teaches is Viniyoga, a type of Hatha Yoga, which is a gentle form of Yoga using traditional postures to support and develop the breath. It is a meditative approach, suitable for all abilities.

Her method of teaching Yoga is careful and progressive, but she is also very relaxed and intuitive, taking time to modify and adapt her practices and courses so that they are suitable for all.

Lisa also runs and manages St Davids Wellbeing, a dedicated wellbeing centre for the community and visitors to Pembrokeshire to experience vibrant health and wellbeing in body, mind and spirit.

She is also very interested in Ayurveda, the sister science to Yoga, and enjoys walking on the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
