Description

Why not try a new challenge and give stand up paddle board yoga (SUP Yoga) a go? Find the balanced feeling you’ve been searching for and discover stand up paddle boards in a more relaxed and centred way. Take in the motion of the water whist enhancing your focus and improving your posture. A fun and unique experience not to be missed but enjoyed.

Regular sessions:

every week throughout the summer / early autumn

Booking is essential as places are only limited to 6 people per session. Sessions are £17 per person (including board hire) or £95 for a block of 6 sessions.

A delicious healthy breakfast of a smoothie and a croissant or tea cake is available after the sessions for just £4.50. Wetsuits available to hire for £3 from the park.

You do not need to have paddleboarded before or done yoga, sessions are suitable for complete beginners and more advance alike. Please either wear a wetsuit or clothing that you could swim 50m in (i.e. not baggy loose fitting stuff – remember trying to swim in your pjs at school??).
