The Daisybus Gardens

07971 534295||www.daisybusgardens.com

Sarah Wint has been gardening for over 20 years and has personal experience of how gardening can help to cope with bereavement and depression. Sarah’s new garden, The Daisybus Gardens, is now open to visitors until the end of September 2017.

She has also written a book Sunshine Over Clover – Gardens of Wellbeing (available here) which relates the stories of many other people across the country who have found that their gardens have had a positive beneficial effect on their lives.

She has devised a Mindful Gardening Letterbox Course:  A set of thought-provoking poems followed by suggested exercises which will help you on your way to becoming a Mindful Gardener.  Each week for nine weeks, you will receive through the post a poem, exercises and, from time to time, seasonal extras.  The cost of the course is £40.

At the end of these exercises you should be feeling ready to do whatever you want in your garden – whether that might be creating a beautiful flower filled paradise or just simply lying on the ground connecting with the earth’s energy.
