About

Join local Medical Herbalist Leona Ralph for an enjoyable and interactive stroll around various locations in Pembrokeshire, looking at the plants in our waysides and hedgerows, learning about the different medicinal herbs, trees and flowers. Find out how to use these plants medicinally, in cooking and even for minor first aid.

These walks are very popular with all ages; children accompanied by their parents are welcome as are well behaved dogs on leads. The walk last approximately 2 hrs and is a gentle stroll, stopping to talk about plants along the way. There may be some uneven ground and inclines so please wear suitable clothing and footwear and be prepared for adverse weather conditions (i.e. if the forecast looks like rain, please bring an umbrella or a rain jacket). Walks will go ahead in most weather conditions (I will contact you if there is adverse weather and a cancellation is decided for safety). There are potential risks with any outdoor herb walk and whilst every care is taken to avoid potential risks and injuries, participants take full responsibility for their own safety.

It is a really enjoyable way to spend a few hours in the company of like-minded people!
